• When you receive your new towel please wash it separately in cool water and hang to dry, ready for its first adventure.

  • Your towel loves a cool gentle wash cycle, no hotter than  30°C / 86°F in the washing machine.

  • As always, please remember not to mix colors with your whites when washing and wash separately for the first wash.

  • Avoid using fabric softener when washing your NewLyfe towel as this may lose the soft feel and quick dry qualities of the towel.

  • Your towel can be tumble dried however, we do not recommend this too often. 




  • Our aim is for you to receive your purchase within 3-4 business days, once payment has been received. Please allow a few extra days during the Christmas festive season and for remote destinations.

  • NewLyfe will post anywhere in Australia via Parcel Post. Shipping rates are available to view before you place your order. 

  • NewLyfe will take every care in packaging your order but cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit.
